Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service describe use of creekmobiledetail.com and the process for requesting mobile detailing from Creek Mobile Detail. A confirmed service quote or separate written service agreement may include additional terms. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or separately agreed terms.
2. Website use
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting service. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use another person’s contact information without permission. You should have authority to arrange work on the vehicle and permission to use the proposed service location.
3. Requests and appointment confirmation
The appointment form opens an email draft; it does not automatically send, reserve a time slot, or create a confirmed booking. Send the email from your email application, or contact us by phone. Service date, arrival window, location, scope, and final price must be confirmed separately. If you do not receive a response, please contact us before assuming an appointment is scheduled.
4. Service area and access
Mobile service is offered in metro Denver and nearby communities, subject to scheduling and location suitability. You are responsible for arranging lawful parking and permission to work at the property. Tell us about garage restrictions, access codes, parking limits, or other conditions that affect access. Any need for water or power access will be discussed before confirmation.
5. Packages, estimates, and additional work
Listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition, selected services, pet hair, stains, odors, paint condition, travel distance, and other relevant factors. Package descriptions explain the general service scope. Final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Additional work or charges should be discussed and agreed before that additional work is performed.
6. Vehicle preparation and condition
Remove valuables, personal documents, loose personal items, and items that prevent access to areas being cleaned. Tell us about existing damage, loose trim, electrical issues, aftermarket equipment, delicate finishes, prior repairs, and other conditions relevant to safe detailing. Disclose hazards such as needles, mold, pests, bodily fluids, or other contamination before the appointment so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
7. Results and service limitations
Results depend on the vehicle’s condition, materials, prior care, and the agreed treatment. Not all scratches, stains, odors, wear, or paint defects can be removed. Detailing does not repair mechanical or structural problems. Ceramic protection and polishing are subject to the preparation, product, maintenance, and limitations discussed for the selected service. Website photographs illustrate services and do not guarantee a particular result.
8. Weather, delays, and rescheduling
Outdoor mobile work can be affected by weather, unsafe conditions, access problems, and unexpected vehicle condition. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellation fee, deposit condition, or rescheduling charge must be disclosed and agreed as part of your booking; this website does not establish a blanket cancellation charge.
9. Payment and refunds
Payment methods, payment timing, any deposit, and applicable charges are confirmed with your quote or booking. The current website does not collect card details or process payment. Do not email card numbers. Questions about charges, incomplete work, cancellations, or refunds should be raised using the contact details below and will be addressed based on the agreed service and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy.
10. Service concerns and damage
Inspect the vehicle after service when practical and promptly tell us about any concern so it can be reviewed. Provide a description and relevant photographs if available. Any response depends on the facts, the agreed work, and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires you to waive mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Fleet services
Recurring schedules, vehicle counts, access arrangements, billing, and fleet-specific service requirements are agreed separately. A website inquiry does not create a recurring service commitment or guarantee fleet appointment availability.
12. Website content and availability
Website content may be updated as services change. Prices or descriptions may contain errors; we will clarify the applicable details before confirming service. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Creek branding and original website content may not be reproduced commercially without authorization; third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
13. Privacy and external services
See our Privacy Policy for how the website and email inquiries handle information. External services, including your email application, operate under their own terms. Links do not constitute a guarantee of a third party’s availability or performance.
14. Resolving questions and changes to these terms
Please contact us first with questions about the website or an appointment so we can discuss a resolution. Applicable law and any separately agreed service terms govern the rights and obligations involved. Updates to this page apply prospectively and do not automatically change a previously confirmed service agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
